NEW YORK (AP) — A 15-year-old was arrested Sunday within the deadly stabbing of a 14-year-old boy at a New York Metropolis subway station, police mentioned.
The male suspect was arrested a day after Yonkers resident Ethan Reyes was discovered by officers at a subway station with a stab wound to the stomach. Reyes was taken to a hospital, the place he was pronounced useless.
The 15-year-old will probably be charged with homicide and possession of a weapon, police mentioned.
Officers responding to a name of against the law in progress discovered Reyes round 3 p.m. Saturday on the northbound 1 line platform on the 137th Avenue–Metropolis School station in Manhattan, police mentioned.
The investigation is ongoing, police mentioned.
