FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. (AP) — A West Virginia man and two ladies have been convicted of neglect ensuing within the demise of an 8-year-old woman.
Jurors in Fayette County returned the decision Monday afternoon for the woman’s father, Marty Browning Jr., his spouse, Julie Titchenell Browning, and her sister, Sherie Titchenell, information retailers reported.
The three had been arrested in December 2019 and charged with abuse and neglect ensuing within the demise of Raylee Browning. The jury acquitted them of the abuse cost.
