KAMPALA, Uganda (AP) — Ugandan authorities have suspended the work of a distinguished LGBTQ rights group, calling it an unlawful entity.

Sexual Minorities Uganda has been the East African nation’s most distinguished help group for lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, transgender and queer individuals since 2004.

Its chief, Frank Mugisha, mentioned Saturday that authorities who oversee non-governmental organizations suggested him to droop actions, saying his group lacked wanted documentation.
